Project Manager, Hub Operations & Strategy is supporting the Hub Leader and the Hub LT in building and executing the strategic roadmap.

  • Collaborates within the Hub LT, MBS Leadership and stakeholders to define, execute, and monitor strategic & engagement initiatives.
  • Leads and manages hub’s complex or light projects and initiatives, ensuring successful and timely completion.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams and resources to deliver desired outcomes of strategic initiatives.
  • Supports the facilitation of strategy activation activities, change management and information flow throughout the hub, MBS or Merck organization.
  • Drafts and reviews internal and external communications, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings (Hub LT, MBS LT and stakeholder meetings).
  • Develops and implements procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient and consistent operations across the organization.
  • Pioneers We4Us activities in the hub.
  • Supports Environment, Health & Safety and Business Continuity measures in the hub.

•    Supports the development and implementation of the strategic vision and goals in alignment with the organization's overall mission and objectives.
•    Oversees special projects and initiatives that are critical to the success of the organization and require coordination at the head office level.
•    Supports initiatives in ensuring the hub has robust operations.

Education

Academic degree in business management ( MBA or equivalent ) from Top Institutes IIM,ISB preferred

Work Experience

 

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in different roles in a corporate or consulting environment with varying scopes and responsibilities related to strategy definition, project management, strategy activation and implementation
  • Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles
  • Proven success in major projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvements.
  • Significant experience working in GBS environment
  • Significant Experience working with senior stakeholders from various functions at country, regional and global levels.
  • Extensive experience working with Global, sometimes virtual, operational delivery teams.
