Job Summary:
The Hub Operations Leader is a key executive role that works closely with the MBS Hub leadership to manage strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, lead cross-functional projects, and facilitate executive decision-making. The Hub Operations Leader is expected to act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that the Hub activities operate smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and collaborate with the Hub LT, MBS Leadership and stakeholders to define, execute, and monitor strategic & engagement initiatives.
- Drive project teams toward successful execution by ensuring accountability and delivering on project milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver desired outcomes of strategic initiatives.
- Support the facilitation of strategy activation activities, change management and information flow throughout the hub, MBS, or organization.
- Assist in developing and implementing company culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Prepare for and facilitate meetings, ensuring agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups are completed.
- Draft executive communications, including emails, reports, presentations, and speeches.
- Support Environment, Health & Safety and Business Continuity measures in the hub.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role (preferably within consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy).
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading high-impact initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
