Your Role:

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator within the Local-Regional Studies Support Office, you will play a meaningful role in keeping global clinical trials on track — ensuring the operational backbone of each study runs with precision, compliance, and care. Working as part of dedicated trial teams across a broad portfolio of local and regional studies, you will coordinate and support a range of essential trial activities, from budget and invoice tracking to quality issue support and regulatory reporting oversight. Clear guidance from senior colleagues will support your growth as you contribute directly to the quality and integrity of clinical development operations.

Who You Are:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific field, with 1 to 2 years of experience in a clinical research-related role; candidates without a degree are welcome with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience and additional qualifications demonstrating exposure to clinical research fundamentals.
  • A foundational understanding of clinical operations and ICH-GCP guidelines, paired with comfort navigating the administrative and coordination demands of a clinical trial environment.
  • Proficiency in standard office productivity tools — including spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software — and some familiarity with clinical trial management systems.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to exchange information effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Strong organizational skills and a conscientious, detail-oriented approach — capable of managing high-volume tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a structured, supervised environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently, and a genuine comfort operating within an international, multicultural matrix environment.
  • A proactive attitude toward accountability and adaptability — willing to take on responsibility, ask questions, check for understanding, and continuously build expertise.
