Title: Senior Analyst – Data Analytics

Location: Bangalore – Electronic City

Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, CRM (Salesforce.com), Palantir, KNIME or similar
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python, PySpark, VBA
• Proficient in Excel functions such as complex formulas, macros, Power Pivots
• Proficient working with extracting, formatting, validating and analyzing large data sets.
• Experience using big data analytics applications and programs such as R preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication (phone, e-mails, face to face) and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen and supportive mindset
• Ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment.
• Good practice in prioritization and focusing on key tasks.
• A sound knowledge of written and spoken English.
  
  Experience:
• Senior Analyst 3-5 years in the life science, pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred.
• Proficient in self-organization, proactive time management, structured planning & execution, customer orientation.
  
  Responsibilities:
• Work on Tableau adhoc sales reports.
• Creation of Tableau Dashboards and maintenance supporting Sales Rep and Managers
• Reporting Mailbox management and SFDC chatters for handling user queries
• Acting as the key contact point for Sales Management for all sales territory and commission related questions - identify missing sales, resolve sales recognition issues, manage territory changes and account assignments, as well as crediting adjustments.
• Maintaining territory alignment files, customer and account assignments in Palantir
• Working directly with Sales Mgmt. to support them in data analytics topics.
• Usage of modern analytics methods to support the development of fact driven mgmt. strategies.
• Supporting international internal customers with data analysis and reporting.
• Adhere to TAT and Quality for all the process.
• Work on adhoc requests or additional responsibilities when asked/requested.
  
  Senior Analyst: Create insightful reporting and dashboards for the commercial org. to increase salesforce efficiencies. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as necessary. Support Projects in Palantir & Tableau, maintain and support ISO documents. Development of analytics tools in Tableau, Palantir Big Data environment and SAP BI. Execute assigned projects as needed and recommend and deliver process improvements.
