Role Description
This position requires overseeing coordination, evaluation, and implementation of enhancements for the global Application: BlueYonder (formerly known as JDA). The appointee will play a pivotal role in contributing to ESP and Fulfillment. Responsibilities include configuring the BY platform and webserver, implementing BY components, INFORMATICA workflows, and APEX components. The role encompasses active participation in development, deployment, testing, and change management processes.
Incident and problem management, outages, and CAPA management are essential qualities for the role. Additionally, managing end-to-end interfaces between ERP Systems and BY is a key responsibility.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in JDA Techno-functional role.
- Location: Electronic City, Bangalore.
- Proficiency in JDA (Blue Yonder), Informatica, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Proficiency in Fulfillment and ESP module.
- Proficiency is UDC, UDT, data domain creation.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, APEX, and database system.
- Experience in Informatica or any other ETL tool.
- Experience collaborating with international teams, including Europeans.
- Experience as a commercial software developer or with third-party software developers.
- Comprehensive understanding of Tactical Planning (Master Planning and Detail Scheduling).
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, APEX, and database system performance.
- Hands-on programming experience and familiarity with the software development life cycle.
- Strong understanding of Change Management processes, preferably ITIL.
- Experience in Planning (Master Planning / Detail Scheduling).
- Familiarity with supply chain and distribution processes at a broad level.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with stakeholders and software providers.
