- Extracting data from ERPs and creating customer-specific static, GSA, and Hosted catalog price files using MS Access (with material ranges from 400,000 to 500,000 per file)

- Preparing master price files with 145+ fields on a quarterly, monthly, or ad hoc basis

- Validating price files by comparing customer-agreed conditions with those available in the ERP system

- Preparing CSP upload files and promotion condition files, and loading them into ERP systems (P01, PRE, PRP, and Oracle)

- Qualifying cases in SFDC by adding appropriate case reasons

- Extracting ad hoc customer conditions from ERP systems

- Enhancing databases according to stakeholder requirements and modifying Building or amending macros as needed. 

- Providing effective support to the Supervisor in maintaining files in compliance with ISO standards and handling other related responsibilities.
