SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY / PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
  • Fostering Uniformity among all SHIP page (a Wiki webpage for internal information sharing), in particular to be able to manage and implement improvements/modification that affects multiple pages assuring they are done in the same way for all pages.
  • Support Application Data Request Process by overseeing the whole process, updating the tracker, and organizing quarterly review meetings
  • Support Marketing Center of Excellence future projects

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Fostering Uniformity among all SHIP page (a Wiki webpage for internal information sharing), in particular to be able to manage and implement improvements/modification that affects multiple pages assuring they are done in the same way for all pages.
  • Supporting Evolution and Maintenance of SHIP Pages, regularly checking all pages are updated and eventually reminding Page Owners to update them.
  • Acting as contact person for SHIP owners and users, responding to the needs and fostering the general communication and collaboration between various interfaces.
  • Supporting Regional go-to-market Plan Uploading and Maintenance in SHIP (including Detailed Packages and related filters)
  • Process: support the execution of application prioritization process
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality technical content.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in scientific content writing or related field
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office apps such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc
  • Other digital knowledge such as familiarity with SmartSheet, Microsoft Teams List, Wiki platform (Atlassian), ChatGPT will be a plus
