Independently manage user access requests following IAM Process.
Organize efficient information flow within the team and Vendor (Smartsheet).
Provide global support for Smartsheet working closely with cross-functional teams.
Ensure that requests are addressed and fulfilled efficiently according to the SLA.
Collaborte with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that the requirements are implemented working closly with Vendor (Smartsheet)
Monitor KPIs for service delivery of Smartsheet
Initiate and perform periodc user access reviews.
Monitor and report quarterly usage of licenses and identify possibility of optimizing license usage.
Responsible for performing Service Reviews internally and also Vendor performance Reviews

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
4+ years of experience working on  Smartsheet, Microsoft Project Management Tool
Experience working in a globally matrix organization
Collaborative and relationship building skills
Excellent organizational, time  management and facilitation skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Should have underrgone Project Management training,
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
