Your Role :
The primary objective of this role is to address technical queries related to the Chemistry portfolio for the WEU region. Additionally, the position involves investigating, analyzing, and retrieving technical information to respond to technical inquiries from both internal and external customers.
- Provide scientific responses to the chemistry questions and solutions to customers research problems by utilizing scientific knowledge and available resources, consulting with more experienced scientists when necessary.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and research interests.
- Troubleshooting the product issues and document product quality issues.
- Ensuring that the queries are cleared as per agreed timelines.
- Participating in the internal quality checks every month.
- To maintain the image of the company as a source of scientific information, to function as a leader in Life Science and High Technology, and to promote our obsession with service.
- Enhance our product information databases by documenting technical information from customer interactions.
- Contribute to company/department operations and process improvement efforts.
- Recommend and participate in process improvement studies.
- Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager.
- Exemplary attendance and adherence to schedule.
Who you are:
- MSc in Chemistry (Analytical/Organic/General Chemistry)
- 3-5 years in R&D/ Technical services of life science or pharma or Chemical industry.
- Previous work experience should be from a fast-paced, changing and growing organization either as
- Organic/Analytical chemist
- Instrumentation lab exposure – UV, IR, HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, XRD, ICP-MS,Titration
- Chemical Synthesis / Organic and Inorganic Chemistry / Biochemistry Reagents at industrial R&D/QC labs
- Lab, QA/QC or R&D Lab technician
