Your Role: 

The Senior Assistant Oligo Maintenance utilizes Power BI for performance tracking, Power Apps to streamline workflows, and Palantir for advanced analytics to ensure optimal functionality of Oligo lab equipment and site requirements. They implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule and resolve issues promptly. This role demands a strong understanding of Information Technology and Operational Technology (IT & OT), including mechanical and electrical principles. Digital tools are integrated to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in maintenance operations.

Who you are:

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 Years
  • Education: MSC bio chemistry, Bio Tech, Micro Biology, Genetic Engineering

The Senior Assistant Oligo Maintenance will perform preventative maintenance on Oligo lab equipment and create digital workflows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Palantir to streamline documentation. Key responsibilities include repairing, rebuilding, and assembling equipment, along with managing tasks assigned by the manager. The role also involves coordinating with digital transformation vendors and contractors to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of manufacturing equipment 

Weekly responsibilities are generally divided as follows:

  • 50%: Create and implement digital workflows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Palantir based on site user needs.
  • 35%: Support Oligo production by executing the PM program, conducting routine maintenance checks, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • 10%: Complete projects assigned by the manager, such as assembling equipment, modifying production lines, and updating PM procedures.
  • 5%: Handle administrative tasks like training, cleaning the shop, and sourcing repair parts. 

Mandate Skills:  

  • Effective communicator – oral and written
  • Computer literacy – Microsoft office, ERP platforms (SAP)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Familiarity with basic oligo instrumentation components.
  • Understands mechanical and electrical safety principles and hazardous energy sources
  • Follows all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, your teammates, those around you, and the integrity of the processes you support
  • Engineering & Maintenance Skills, Problem Solver, Good Analytical skills, Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps & Palantir, MS Office.
