Job Title: Senior Associate, Marketing Automation

Job Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru

 

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Automation specialist, to join our dynamic marketing automation team within the Digital Marketing Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a good understanding of its various components.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize SFMC tools including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder (Contact Builder & Data Designer), and Analytics Builder to execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Develop, execute, and manage complex email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to enhance customer engagement increase conversion rates.
  • Perform data segmentation and apply personalization techniques to tailor marketing messages to different audience segments.
  • Use AMPscript to customize email content dynamically, leveraging data for personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing automation processes.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing campaigns.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, marketing or related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of ‘hands-on’ experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience in managing marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, and email campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its components
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Admin is essential.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SQL.
  • Experience with any programming language such as Python
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.
