Your role:

 

  • Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of global Paid Media campaigns across Google Search, Social (Meta, LinkedIn), and Programmatic (DV360) platforms. 
  • Deliver against eBusiness revenue goals by implementing best practices, optimizing campaigns, and proactively identifying areas for performance improvement.
  • Build media strategies to effectively target audiences and drive delivery against predefined KPI metrics. 
  • Develop regular reporting and feedback cadences with campaign stakeholders to share insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations. 
  • Leverage workflow management tools (Salesforce, JIRA, Lytho, etc.) to ensure timely campaign launches and tracking of deliverables. 
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on campaign planning, performance metrics, audience targeting, and platform capabilities. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights from platforms like GA4, DV360 Reporting, and Sprinklr to inform decision-making and campaign enhancements.  

 

Who you are:

 

Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Search (Google), Social (LinkedIn & Meta), and Programmatic media (DV360) buying and campaign management
  • Expertise in ad ops processes including tagging, trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting. 
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads reporting, DV360 reporting, and Sprinklr dashboards. 
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining brand safety and operational excellence. 
  • Creative and innovative, with the ability to develop strategic solutions for complex marketing challenges. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating ideas and performance insights to stakeholders. 
  • Analytical thinker who leverages data to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns. 
  • Collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. MS or MBA. in similar fields is a plus  

 

Preferred requirements: 

  • Experience working on Sprinklr and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting. 
  • Background in managing global/multi-regional paid media campaigns. 
  • Certification(s) in Google Ads, GA4, DV360, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing are a plus.
