Your Role

  • Support the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of global paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to contribute to eBusiness revenue goals.
  • Utilize Sprinklr and workflow management software daily to manage campaign development stages, track performance, and ensure timely campaign launches.
  • Develop regular reporting and feedback loops with Campaign Managers and stakeholders to share insights, highlight successes, align performance with goals, and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on social ads metrics, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and troubleshoot technical issues like creative or ad rejections.
  • Monitor campaigns continuously, managing budgets, bid caps, and pacing to optimize account performance and meet predefined objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally, partnering with creative teams on compelling ad copy development, test ideas, A/B testing, and alignment of campaign strategies across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes, applying data-driven insights and best practices to continuously enhance digital marketing efforts within the broader eBusiness team.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Social Ads platforms, with paid search ads experience as a plus; plus at least 1 year working with Sprinklr or alternative social advertising platforms, including platform administration and listening skills.
  • Deep expertise in ad targeting, audience development (remarketing, prospecting, cross-promotion), and strong knowledge of GDPR and customer privacy laws related to digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to utilize data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Google Data Studio for campaign optimization and reporting, along with experience using workflow management software like Lytho and JIRA.
  • High-level experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, including setting up and optimizing cross-functional digital marketing campaigns with social channels as the core.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical approach and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative and proactive project leadership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. MS, MBA or Ph.D. in similar fields is a plus
  •  Degree(s) in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or related field is a bonus
  •  Certification on Social Media Marketing, Google Campaign Manager, Display Advertising is a plus
