Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end implementation, optimization, and reporting of global programmatic display advertising to meet revenue goals.
  • Extract, analyze, and translate data from Core Metrics, Google Analytics, CRM, social platforms, and partners for GTM decisions and post-campaign reviews.
  • Drive display eBusiness revenue by applying best practices, implementing optimizations, and identifying improvement opportunities; oversee Campaign Manager and DV360 day-to-day.
  • Manage trafficking activities in Campaign Manager and DV360, including tagging, flighting, insertion orders, line items, bids, and budgets.
  • Establish a regular reporting cadence with Campaign Managers to celebrate successes, make recommendations, and share digital marketing expertise.
  • Ensure brand safety and account hygiene; troubleshoot creative disapprovals and ad-exchange policy issues.
  • Monitor performance daily (audiences, ad groups, keywords, pacing, lost auctions, daypart, device/geo/exchanges) and optimize accordingly.
  • Implement and coordinate tracking using floodlight/tags; work with cross-functional teams to import/export audiences and conversions.
  • Collaborate across departments on strategy, creative (ad copies/images), A/B testing, and ensure campaigns meet predefined OKRs within budget.
  • Ensure brand safety, account hygiene, tracking implementations (tags/floodlight), and continuous learning from industry/platform changes to inform future campaigns and OKRs.

 

Who You are

  • 4+ years hands-on programmatic media buying and ad serving, with experience in DSPs, Ad Servers, DMPs, tagging, trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of the display ecosystem and Ad Ops practices; strong tagging, trafficking, QA, and issue resolution skills.
  • Advanced ad targeting and audience development: 1st/3rd party data, custom intent, affinity audiences, remarketing, prospecting, and cross-promotion.
  • Meticulous account hygiene and brand safety discipline.
  • Data-driven optimization to maximize campaign performance; proficient with analytics and reporting tools (GA360, DV360 Reporting, URL Builder, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic optimization best practice; able to articulate insights to marketing partners.
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools (Salesforce, Lytho, JIRA, etc.).
  • Cross-functional digital marketing exposure; dynamic creative, feed-based advertising, rich media, DCO; DV360 ML/optimizations; ability to partner and drive strategic direction for paid social and programmatic within scope.
