Your Role
As a Business Architect specializing in CRM and Integrations, you will focus on enhancing business processes and system capabilities while leveraging existing data flows, governance frameworks, and AI technologies for our CRM solution and its Omnichannel integrations.
Your comprehensive knowledge of Pharma CRM processes and experience with agile methodologies will be essential in developing scalable operating models and innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

Business Requirement Analysis: Understand and articulate business needs, translating them into effective strategies that harness AI capabilities for improved insights and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.

Process Documentation: Document and analyze business processes and user requirements for the CRM platform and its integrations, including multi-channel marketing, compliance, and data management, while integrating AI-driven insights.

Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to gather requirements and guide teams in incorporating AI considerations into business strategies.

Product Ownership Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user stories reflect business objectives and facilitate the implementation of effective solutions.

Performance Metrics: Define success and adoption KPIs, utilizing AI analytics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Who You Are :
You possess a deep understanding of business architecture principles and have experience in developing solutions that address diverse regional and global needs.

CRM Expertise: Strong knowledge of the CRM solution, with hands-on experience in regional template rollouts and AI-enhanced functionalities.

Marketing Sales Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the Marketing Sales Ecosystem, including web content management and digital asset management, is advantageous.

Agile Methodology Proficiency: Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA), with an emphasis on integrating AI solutions into business processes.

Detail-Oriented: A keen attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.

Educational Background: B.Sc. in IT or a related field.

Willingness to Travel: Open to travel as required by business needs.

Experience: 4-6 years of experience with CRM and expertise in business architecture, with a focus on integrating AI technologies.
