• Utilizing order intake, you will assess the health and performance of process solutions and proactively provide insights to the commercial and franchise organization.
• Responsible to advise the PS leadership team and their teams by matching research tools with business needs, leveraging understanding of the customers and providing recommendations on approach to deliver against project objectives.
• Facilitate faster connections from data to insights by sharing best practices and identifying areas of efficiency or growth potential.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify core questions and design effective research that strategically delivers actionable insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams to activate and leverage customer, business, and innovation learnings. Drive measurable outcomes and ensure the practical application of insights.
• Provide insights to the business in a collaborative manner, carefully selecting the suitable format and platform to engage a wider network with research needs and outcomes. Facilitate productive commercial discussions through this approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the team and across the organization to foster new business insights and share innovative ideas. Utilize multiple sources of data or insights to gain a fresh understanding of key business challenges and identify opportunities for future growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent / Masters, MBA, or PhD preferred
• Continuous process improvement personality (essential)
• Ability to quickly establish relationships of trust and credibility with internal client-partners and be seen as a business partner
• Ability to manage changing priorities and workflow
• Ability to lead with influence
• Project management skills
• Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal), including the ability to influence senior management through thoughtful analysis and cogent arguments
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization to deliver impactful results
• Ability to exercise discretion in handling sensitive, confidential matters
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an independent thinker who can create innovative solutions
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate analysis into insights
• Data science / statistics knowledge preferred  
• Demonstrated knowledge of data extraction tools like Python;
  Demonstrated ability using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI;
• Advanced cloud based tools knowledge like Palintar Foundry (essential)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Committed to learning and thinking outside the box
