We are looking for a Senior Learning Portfolio Manager to oversee the redesign of our learning portfolio as part of a multi-year transformation initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and effective skill-based learning environment that supports our workforce in adapting to changing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the complete overhaul of our learning portfolio, creating a forward-thinking framework that aligns with our strategic goals and addresses the evolving needs of our employees.
  • Utilize data analytics and stakeholder insights and build strong relationships with Skills Experts to conduct comprehensive assessments of skill gaps and learning needs, ensuring that our offerings are relevant and impactful.
  • Design and implement innovative learning solutions that leverage the latest trends in technology and pedagogy, fostering engagement and enhancing skill acquisition across diverse learner profiles.
  • Champion the integration of a rich array of learning methodologies—ranging from digital and blended approaches to experiential learning—catering to various learning preferences and maximizing learner engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technology partners, to enable and facilitate a cohesive and compelling learning portfolio that drives results.
  • Researching and benchmarking against industry standards and emerging trends in learning and development, ensuring our portfolio remains innovative and competitive.
  • Collaborate to build a community of key stakeholders to gather insights, promote learning initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives, driving a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong emphasis on portfolio management and instructional design.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and insights, with the ability to align learning strategies with organizational goals and workforce needs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading comprehensive learning portfolio redesigns, showcasing a deep understanding of best practices in learning and development.
  • A creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset, capable of envisioning and executing innovative learning solutions that resonate with learners.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess learning needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a global environment, with an appreciation for cultural diversity and its impact on learning and development.
