Role:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the IT SSD Process in an effective manner, delivering assigned tasks consistently and within the agreed timeline, ensuring accuracy of data.
• Follow up and report the progress for service delivery aspects related to IT SSD Process and inform process owner in case of exceptions.
• Work closely with process owners within the group to ensure process is compliant both from quality and compliance perspective.
• Active support for audit preparation and follow up for resolution of findings.
• Ensure process documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, etc.) are up-to-date and periodic reviews are completed on time. 
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities for the IT SSD Process.
