Senior Expert Record-to-Report and Transformation Projects

 

 

This role targets experienced professionals with a passion for project management and finance process optimization. The department “Record-to-Report and Transformation Projects” within Group Reporting owns the Record to Report Processdelivers Finance & Accounting projects improving, transforming and accelerating the financial closing process.

 

Your Role: You will work in the Group Reporting department and build a deep understanding of  financial reporting landscape and processes. In this dynamic and interdisciplinary role, you will be crucial for delivering finance transformation projects by independently managing dedicated work packages ensuring delivery in time, quality and budget as well as supporting our project teams with project planning, governance, and delivery. To be successful in this role, you combine large project management experience with Finance & Accounting know how and Finance process excellence.

 

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • 5–7+ years of experience in project management within Finance/Accounting, preferably with exposure to external reporting or finance transformation projects
  • Experience working in an international non-India headquartered organization with teams located across different countries and regions
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid)
  • Deep understanding of accounting and financial closing processes
  • IFRS knowledge and external reporting experience are pluses
  • Ability to translate complex problems into concrete actions
  • High initiative, structured and solution-oriented, with hands-on, proactive mindset
  • Strong team player used to work independently on critical tasks under time pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication; ability to synthesize complex information for stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Proven collaboration across functions, regions, and levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and time management
  • Ability to coordinate multiple deliverables and manage several stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
