About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Expert in Technical Accounting Solutions & Compliance (TASC) to join our Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) team. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting across the organization. You will lead initiatives in compliance monitoring, audit management, policy change, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Compliance:

  • Monitor compliance with accounting/reporting standards
  • Conduct independent reviews and health checks of financial reporting

• Accounting Expertise & Consultancy:

  • Advise on complex transactions and accounting treatments
  • Support decision-making processes across GES

• Audit Management:

  • Lead global audit processes and ensure effective implementation
  • Manage audit findings and corrective actions

• IFRS & Policy Change Management:

  • Stay current with IFRS standards and support integration
  • Oversee document lifecycle for accounting policies and procedures

• Process Design & Control:

  • Collaborate with Busniess Process Owners to ensure process compliance and control design
  • Define compliance needs and enable appropriate controls

• Training & Development:

  • Lead training initiatives to enhance accounting and reporting capabilities

• Project Support:

  • Provide expertise for global projects impacting accounting, reporting, and compliance

Candidate Profile

• Education:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is a strong advantage

• Experience:

  • 10+ years in accounting, compliance, or audit roles
  • Proven leadership in global organizations managing cross-functional projects

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep expertise in IFRS and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Results-driven with a focus on process improvement
  • Ability to lead change and policy implementation
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
