Your Role:

 

In this role, you will coordinate clinical trial support activities that help teams deliver accurate and compliant study operations. Reporting to the Head of Local-Regional Studies Support Office, you will reconcile Trial Oversight Plans, maintain safety and trial team records, support quality reviews, track budgets and invoices, and coordinate transparency and vendor data. You will work with clinical development colleagues, contributing functions, vendors, contract research organizations and investigators, improve processes and manage your work independently with moderate guidance.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience, with 5 to 8 years in clinical research or Clinical Development.
  • Working knowledge of clinical operations, medical and trial terminology, and International Council for Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice.
  • Experience coordinating clinical trial records, quality reviews, safety distribution lists, clinical milestone data and vendor information.
  • Experience with study budget tracking, invoice processing, goods receipts and accruals using finance or procurement systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence working across international, multicultural teams and with vendors, contract research organizations and investigators.
  • Organized, accurate and discreet, with strong time management, prioritization, multitasking, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to take initiative, work independently with moderate guidance, collaborate effectively and support the training or onboarding of new staff.
