Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, Information science, or similar fields

Experience Level: 8+ Years

Essential and Critical Skills:

• Experience in the Configuration for Electronic Lab Notebooks, preferably Revvity Signals ELN
• Implementation of new configurations in Revvity Signals ELN
• Monitoring and support of Interfaces to Signals ELN
• Experience in Application support and ITSM processes related to application support.
• A problem-solving aptitude and approach
• Work effectively with internal teams in the Infrastructure, Architects, and other technical staff on new configurations, interfaces and resolution of issues.
• Lead a team of support analysts in incident resolution and request management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and within the team.
• Adhere to required documentations for application support.

Good to have skills:

• Working experience in Linux environment.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Working knowledge on RDBMS.
