Your Role
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer & Integration Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, system integration, and a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes. This role will involve leading development projects, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Who you are
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
- ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, CSM, App Engine, Automation Engine and other module’s knowledge will be an additional advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT service management and architecture.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform Expertise in ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, Source to pay, PA, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management and Creator Studio.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
- Proven experience in establishing and maintaining governance and best practices for Multi ServiceNow environments.
- Proven design and solution experience on the platform for at least 2 major implementations
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CSDM data model, and development tools (Studio, Flow Designer, Automation Engine etc.).
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Working experience in GxP environment is a plus
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications preferably CSA, CAD and CIS-ITSM
- Leadership abilities to drive team success and project delivery.
