Your Role:

  • The primary objective is to execute the function of credit collection and faster past due issue resolution for MMG and North customers.
  • Statutory Form end to end Management, order release Management, backend support for AR Field function.
  • Sending soft/hard copy of LWS/BIOMS/Validation invoices to customers
  • Phone & e-mail follow up with customers for the invoice receipt confirmation
  • Follow up with customer for payment
  • Circulating weekly dashboard to service engineers on the overall status                               
  • Sharing Outstanding ageing report with Sales Team & Business Head
  • Handling adhoc email requests for order release
  • Circulate credit release status of open orders with all the take holders daily as per the required frequency
  • Approving customer master creation for new customer codes with risk category
  • CL updation in the customer master for credit review
  • Co-ordinating with sales/CS team for closing the complaints
  • Sending adjustment to finance for on account payments
  • Sending <2500 write off file to finance monthly

 

Who you are:

  • Any commerce graduate.
  • Customer interfacing, calls and email handling /Accounting/
  • Handling projects/Customer visits and follow-ups.

 

Preferred Qualifications: BBA, BBM, BCom
