Your Role:

The Billing Analyst will manage billing activities for a business segment, handling consolidated billing for 100 to 300+ customers in the US and Canada. This position is essential for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining service levels, and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.

Who You Are:

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Accounting preferred).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven billing or accounting experience in a corporate environment.

Maximum Requirements:

• Complete billing activities (invoice submissions) as per agreed SLA/TAT.
• Manage daily EDI rejections for the collections team & assist in timely payments.
• Set up new eBill facility in customer accounts and ensure timely month-end close processes.
• Handle generic mailboxes related to billing and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee EDI billing matters and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support A/R personnel as needed and manage manual invoice submissions into third-party portals like Ariba and Tungsten.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP is required.
• Hands on experience on SFDC BFQ Management is required for this role.
• Credit Card payment handling.
• Understanding of Order to Cash process would be added advantage.
