Your Role: 

 

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, and delivery of periodic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, diversity, etc.).
  • Ensure that all HR data reporting complies with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to HR leadership to inform workforce planning, compensation analysis, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Lead efforts in creating ad-hoc and custom reports as needed by leadership.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to support business initiatives and workforce strategies.

  Data Quality & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure data integrity by conducting audits, validating data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR reporting processes.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in reporting.

  Team Leadership & Development:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to the HR reporting team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the HR function.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify development needs, and provide coaching or training as necessary.

  Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR data and reporting requests from other business units.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, IT, Finance, and other departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver relevant insights.

Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of HR systems and data platforms.

 

 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [8+] years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a related role.
  • Experience leading or supervising teams, with demonstrated ability to develop talent.
  • Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Successfactors,Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, metrics development, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with process automation and HR reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of workforce analytics, including turnover, workforce planning, compensation, and talent management.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and HR compliance requirements.
