Your role:

The Technical Lead Redwood at Global Enterprise Solution (GES) will play a crucial role in delivering Finance automation use case utilising multiple capabilities of Redwood.

Who you are:

Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science

Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written)

Professional Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Primary Skills:

1. Proven experience 13-15 years of experience in delivering Finance automation (R2R, Journal Entries, Intercompany) projects using Redwood.
2. Proficient knowledge of Redwood Finance Automation components (process/chains/data transformers/tables)
   1. Experience in using the system interface and a good understanding of the working of Orchestrator, Runner, Workbench
   2. Ability to interpret and write complex REL/JavaScript expressions
   3. Knowledge in HTML, CSS for Front-End Design and back-end programming using Java is a plus
   4. Configure and maintain Redwood Tables and utilize process chain parameters.
   5. Competency in understanding and/or knowledge in accounting processes (FI/CO, GL AR & AP)
   6. Good understanding of the underlying ERP (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, etc)
3. Experienced in implementing innovative delivery & operating model to delivery automations at scale with speed.
4. Good functional knowledge of Finance Accounting processes
5. Should have strong hold on all aspect of project management, change management, .
6. Stakeholder Management – Experienced in managing internal & external stakeholder effectively.

Secondary Skills:

1. Enterprise Architecture – Should be well versed with enterprise architecture landscape.
2. Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify business problems that can be addressed through Automation solutions.
3. Innovation: Stay curious and explore technologies trends
4. Consulting & Customer centric mindset.
5. Experience in delivering solutions for GBS domains

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Roadmap
   • Work with GES Finance stakeholder to build strategy on Finance Automation utilizing Redwood
   • Setup delivery and operating model for redwood deliveries to ensure business needs are delivered on time
   • Collaborate and align with Redwood Platform team on ways of working
2. Delivery Management:
   • Work with Finance stakeholder to build delivery roadmap for Automation using Redwood
   • Manage all aspect of project management including requirement gathering, development, testing
   • Setup best practices for Redwood deliveries and ensure all necessary documents are created
   • Manage delivery governances with relevant stakeholder to communicate automation program status, drive escalation and support needs
   • Work with Redwood platform team to ensure release management, Incident & change management processes and all different needs around platform
   • Collaborate with Designer and support in
     • Understanding of user requirements and process designs
     • Developing rules and logic within processes / chains
     • Help in planning and successful global rollout across the regions
   • Lead the configuration phase during implementation by
     • Establish connection with ERP system and ensure successful data transfer
     • Build ETL logic to process data from ERP and different data systems
     • Customize or develop use case specific components using Redwood Script
   • Ensure quality of the configuration by
     • preparation of test scripts and its execution to ensure the performance of the processes is aligned with the requirements
     • Handling of system bugs and suggesting ways to resolve issues arising out of the SIT/UAT.
   • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all the design requirements are met, and timelines are maintained during the implementation.
   • Manage delivery through supplier as an when need by setting up needed operating and technical governance.
