What You Do

  • Managing customers / distributors to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute assigned account plans to align with sales strategy.
  • Effective internal and external stakeholder management to develop customer relationship and build sustainable long-term business.
  • Cultivate and build strategic relationships across customers / distributor’s network to ensure fulfilment of customer orders.
  • Identifying and capturing market opportunities by identifying customer’s requirements; competitor’s analysis and establishing potential target customers
  • Extracting customer’s data and analyse purchase history to understand customer behavior / trades to formulate compelling solutions to customers.
  • Executing sales & marketing activities with customers / distributors to promote sales growth.
  • Effectively utilizing company sales tools / data tools / CRM program (SFDC) for managing sales pipelines
  • Initiatives / projects management as per assigned tasks from supervisor

 

 

Who You Are

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bio Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Sale Professional in Life Sciences or related industry
  • Good communication both in English and Thai with strong Influencing skill
  • Analytical and good sense of commercial aspect
  • Able to effectively prioritize and put plans into action
  • Results-driven, self-starter, able to flexibly adjust to changes, trends and new technologies
  • Strong negotiator and communicator across functions, hierarchies and geographies
  • Bold and vibrant personality
