What You Do
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals.
- Conducts territory management activities in line with set objectives
- Analyzes accounts and territory and identifies opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
- Develop overall strategies to approach existing and new customers in potential industries
- Develop new markets by collaboration with dealers, distributors and partnership to expand products into their markets and grow business.
- Executes a series of sales tactics which align with business strategies to grow revenue including account opportunity analysis, monthly business reviews, competitive differentiation, value proposition communication
- Managing the sale tender process together with customers
- Creating and initiating the new projects with key customers
- Maintains account management activities including internal and customer facing business reviews
- Provides business performance forecasting, reporting, reports to management
- Coordinating with both internal and external relevant parties to ensure smooth & effective cooperation
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Petrochemical or Engineering/Science.
- Experience in selling scientific instrument for at least 3 years in field sales and marketing.
- Good understanding on laboratory market, Scientific instrument market, life science & territory management.
- Experience in dealer management and direct sales.
- Able to work under pressure, positive and growth mindset
- 80% working in field
- Able to communicate English on business level; both writing and speaking
