What You Do

 

The Process Solutions Team Lead - IndoChine takes leadership responsibilities on the overall direction of the PS Business in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, ensure the alignment of business goals and objectives towards the dynamic growth in the market. The role is responsible and accountable for the short-term and medium-term business development and ensure the achievement of business objectives which include sales target, seeding activities and strategic initiatives, while adhering to company code of conduct.

 

 

  1. Sales Functions
  • Responsible territory includes Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia
  • Responsible and accountable for the short-term and mid-term development of the business.
  • Ensure the achievement of process solutions objectives, including financial goals, market share, and trade margin, while adhering to the company code of conduct and budget.
  • Responsible for the continual expansion of business opportunities (territories, customers, and product sales) in the responsible markets
  • Take ownership in initiating country-specific actions and the implementation of Process Solutions Strategy to drive business growth in responsible territory.
  • Establish and build key strategic partnerships in the country/cluster, including with customers, opinion leaders, and industry associations; collaborate with Life Science leaders to leverage these partnerships for business and brand growth.
  • Get up to speed with Biopharma/Pharma industry new investments in the region.
  • To work with regional supporting team and get the alignment of each task/action
  • Foster and promote high levels of collaboration and motivation among cross-functional teams.
  • Generating and maintaining a territory plan & customer mapping
  • Accurate and on time sales & forecast reporting
  • Participation in technical trainings as required
  • Building territory knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical market trends
  • Control operational and promotional spending and expenses, and ensure the accuracy and transparency of payment

 

  1. Reporting
  • Provide and report regular market intelligence on competition activity
  • Accurate and timely submission of forecast, sales landing and order intake report.
  • Coordinate with customer service and support functions team to provide updated information about related customers and dealers in order to keep accounts
  • Monitor and review sales achievement on weekly basis. Create report and analyze periodic sales trends for periodic submission.
  • Accurate and timely submission of report

 

  1. Team and Self Development
  • To support team on protecting and growing Process Solutions Sales
  • Manage, develop, and retain talents. Constantly improve team performance via coaching, motivating, and demonstrating as a model to team members. Regularly discuss development goals with employees and create opportunities for them to develop their skill sets.
  • To develop the self-development plan as well as those for the team in alignment with Process Solutions APAC People strategy
  • Provide leadership, direction, market feedback, recommendations, support, and development to field sales and supporting function employees and management as appropriate.

 

 

Who You Are

 

  • At least a Master or Bachelor in Biotechnology, Biochemicals Engineering, Chemical Engineering or business is preferred
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in commercial with people management accountability
  • Analytical and good sense of commercial aspect
  • Good communication and Influencing Skill
  • Positive attitude to decision making and risk taking
  • Excellent Leadership and People skills
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Confident, energetic, high accountability and strong teamwork
