What You Do
Assisting with the development and management of medical documents & programs, providing administrative support, and helping ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Functional Tasks:
Operational, hands-on, and support the daily functioning of medical affairs:
- Administrative Support: medical event both internal and external including *sponsorship (I-Hub creation, agency coordination, vendor check), payment, speaker agreement, and coordination of cross-functional meetings.
- Medical Documentation i.e., I-Hub creation and reconciliation, contract creation and archival.
- Data Management: Organize and track medical-related materials (non-promotional materials; Healthcare Professional (HCP) material, educational material per safety requirement including Patient Support Programs (PSPs).
- Event Coordination: facilitating medical or non-promotional event (Ad Board, standalone, else).
Patient Support Program (PSP) Coordinator Tasks:
Coordinating and overseeing PSPs:
- Program administration and coordination.
- Program oversight and compliance: ensure compliance with regulatory standards: ensure the vendor adheres to all relevant policies related to patient confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and safety.
- Monitor program quality: oversee the quality of the services.
- Monitor program agreement, budget, and payment.

- Bachelor’s degree in science
- Strong attention to details in documentation
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking and eager to learn
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to execute tasks within the specified timeline.
