Your Role

• Administer, support, and maintain all messaging and collaboration platforms, ensuring their availability, performance, and security through effective installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Implement and manage email security solutions, including anti-spam, anti-virus, and encryption technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to transform requirements into efficient solutions.
• Ensure reliable system operations to meet business objectives and processes.
• Work with team members on the design and review of configurations and applications to enhance messaging system efficiency and performance.
• Interface with technology vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide direct support to the Messaging and Collaboration Operations team and assist other IT teams with mail system-related issues.
• Maintain documentation related to system configuration and processes, and create policies for the appropriate use of services.

Who you are:

• In-depth understanding and experience supporting the messaging and collaboration platforms within Microsoft 365
• Proven extensive experience in Exchange, including both Exchange On-Prem and Exchange Online.
• Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange Hybrid.
• Experience in configuring and managing new Exchange On-Prem and M365 tenants.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting, workflows and troubleshooting with PowerShell ISE.
• Experience in managing or supporting mergers and acquisitions, including tenant to tenant migrations.
• Experience in implementing advanced functions of Office 365 Security and Compliance center (AIP, ATP, Mail flow rules management, Managing DNS records, Exchange online protection, SPAM & security controls).
• Other beneficial technical experience includes Microsoft Teams, Proofpoint, Microsoft Purview, on-premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Licensing.
• Advanced to Fluent english proficiency.
