Your Role:
- Engage customers in person and vistually, for promotion of sales, to provide technical support, and to negotiate commercial conditions.
- Engage customers in person and virtually, to develop new businesses;
- Keep all reports and customer information up to date within our CRM (Visits, Opportunities, Leads, Campaigns, Contacts, Project Development, others);
- Prepare commercial proposals for customers under your territory;
- Take responsibility over sales targets within his/her territory and meet them.
- Prepare and analyze a monthly GAP report. Take actions based on it.
- Execute and track a pricing success plan within individual customers to protect business profitability;
- Proactively support meetings and trainings with external visitors and specialists coming from abroad;
- Understand his/her role in supporting strategy implementation;
- Ensure customer satisfaction with emphasis on pre and post-sales;
- Align with corporate values;
- Provide support to achieve team Operative Plan;
- Provide timely sales forecast updates;
- Take responsibility for own training and development;
- Manage assigned projects;
- Collect timely information from customers;
- Keep close follow-up about the financial situation of accounts under his/her responsibility;
- Required Skills
- Display fundamental knowledge on drug product formulation;
- Display fundamental understanding on bioprocessing (upstream and downstream);
- Develop a general understand of the Brazilian pharmaceutical regulatory landscape;
- Demonstrate good to excellent verbal communication (Impact & Influence);
- Demonstrate results orientation;
- Hability to work with Office 360 platform;
- Negotiation skills;
- Organization, Customer orientation, Open-minded; Self management.
- Aspiration that drives positive impact to the team and for his/her career growth.
Who You Are:
- Position location Goias
- Graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedicine.
- Intermediate English, Spanish is a plus.
