Your Role: Medical Science Expert (Cardiometabolic and Endocrinology (CM&E), Fertility)
Strategic:
- Act as Local Medical Affairs TA expert in one or more TAs through in-field and office-based activities
- Support the Local TA leadership team in the development of TA, Launch and Brand strategies and lead the Medical Affairs Tactics
- Understand local medical strategy & objectives and apply these prioritized medical objectives (incl scientific information) to external scientific stakeholder engagement plans
- Gather and internally communicate relevant opinions, expert knowledge, insights, research & development concepts from external stakeholders to inform, advance and potentially influence the strategic direction of the respective TA
Key Accountabilities:
- Expert scientific exchange (bi-directional) on portfolio/products predominantly through F2F interactions
- Handle medical/scientific questions from HCPs either remotely or via F2F interactions
- Perform scientific exchange in disease area management, latest scientific knowledge, patient pathway, mode of action, efficacy, safety profile and management, etc., answering medical inquiries (on-label/off-label) and collect relevant medical insights
- Answer unsolicited pipeline and off-label scientific/medical inquiries
- Lead and organize core medical activities as mentioned above
- Run selected in-field visits mainly to Key Thought Leaders (KTLs)
- Collect and capture data on engagement activities led by Medical (including insights) and actively follow HCPs input
- Propose and create projects based on medical insights which bring added value to health care system and patients, including disease awraeness
- Participate in medical education for healthcare professionals to enhance TA knowledge
- Stay updated on current literature, therapeutic landscape (incl competitive landscape) related to the relevant disease areas of focus
- Interact with local stakeholders in the medical community
Who you are:
- Curious, motivated, creative, analytical with excellent communication skills
- Medical university degree is a must (медицински, фармацеутски, стоматолошки, ветеринарски)
- 2+ years relevant professional experience in medical affairs
- Fluent Serbian and English language is a must
- Computer knowledge and skills: Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
- Valid B driving license and ability to travel
- Experience in leading projects
