Your role:

Performs the promotion of endocrinology portfolio by using the direct marketing mechanisms and preserve the good image of the company in front of the clients (according to the established behavior code). Closes direct sales of Company’s products and in order to meet individual/team quotas and the organization's business objectives. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.

• Responsible for managing relationships with strategic customers
• Sales Representative is the primary person for driving sales – sales forecasts for each product and implementing marketing solutions
• Develops the maximum profitable sales of the company’s products in the assigned territory through full coverage of all contacts and by becoming a value-added partner to the healthcare professionals
• Maintains and enhances knowledge of products, company developments, customers, and competitors
• Presents the products to the clients by giving them up to date information with competence

Who you are:

• University degree in Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years competence and professional experience at a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Good English language
• Computer knowledge and skills: Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
• Good knowledge of the Serbian market and customers
• Competency using Call Reporting Software is preferred
