Your Role:

• The Associate Accounting Business Partner serves as the single point of contact for the CFOs (Business Partners) of specific legal entities within one or more countries.
• You will be responsible for the financial statements of the assigned legal entities and ensure compliance with local legislation and Group Guidelines.
• Your main tasks will be carried out in close cooperation with the centralized accounting departments and various Group Functions (e.g., Tax, Treasury, etc.). Additionally, you will keep your Business Partner informed about the financial developments of the entities and take responsibility for certain activities as agreed upon with the CFO.
• Coordination of financial and tax audits will also fall under your responsibilities.
• You will be required to support projects in various roles.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business-related discipline is required.
• Knowledge of SAP/BI and operational experience is a plus.
• Experienced in IFRS, accounting and finance processes, with a good understanding of tax regulations.
• Solid understanding of local business processes as well as group reporting.
• Accomplished in financial analytics, with strong communication and presentation skills in front of management.
• Fluent in English.
• Possess an end-to-end understanding of financials and demonstrate high ability and confidence in interacting with business leaders.
• Willing to work at BGC, Taguig, on a dayshift schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM or midshift.
