Your role:

As Lead BPE for Learning & Development (L&D), you will be responsible for all L&D related processes and services across the GES organization. The GES L&D service portfolio includes Learning administration, Learning consultancy and the ownership of the oranization's global validated Learning Management System.

 

You will partner closely with the different L&D Delivery Heads across the different hubs (Manila, Wroclaw and Bangalore) and centers, with our colleagues from Group HR and the business stakeholders. You will define and implement the strategic approach for all L&D processes and services. A key focus will be on the further expansion of the service portfolio across the company. As the Lead Business Process Expert for L&D, you will also be in charge in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of relevant Key Process Indicators and/or Service Level Agreements for the L&D Operations. You drive innovation and continuous improvement and automation including any change management process and enablement within the team by observing market trends and benchmark data. Your role includes the project portfolio management for all L&D related topics and the management of the scope, in particular you manage the shift activities, implement any new scope and drive together with the different L&D Delivery Heads scope expansion to integrate L&D services for other functions. You will lead a small team of L&D BPE and partner closely with other BPEs within the Hire-to-Retire Team.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Strong HR knowledge with focus on Learning & Development
  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development operations related fields in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in international teams demonstrating success in position(s) involving interactions with other departments and externals
  • Proven experience in business process management and implementation
  • Demonstrated success in projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvements
  • Experience working with operational HR delivery teams and HR stakeholders at country, regional and global levels
  • Experience in working in virtual teams and leading across the matrix
  • Strong Process Excellence Skills (Process improvement, Process mining, Six Sigma)
  • Fluent English skills

  • Strong Change Management Skills & Influencing Skills
