Your Role: As the S2O Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for the collaborative design, communication, and continuous improvement of global processes. Your leadership will optimize our systems and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute a comprehensive process strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices within the Procurement Operations team.
  • Management Oversight:
    Establish an effective organizational structure that enhances decision-making and operational efficiency. Continuously refine processes to ensure alignment within the GES framework.
  • Performance Management:
    Build transparency in performance metrics and steer processes based on data analytics. Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement sustainable management practices to achieve productivity targets.
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual interventions, and enhance end-to-end operations. Collaborate closely with delivery and purchasing teams to support process strategies.
  • Capability Development:
    Foster a talent center focused on upskilling and developing teams into solution partners. Encourage knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices.
  • People and Culture:
    Communicate company goals, sourcing strategies, and performance objectives effectively. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.

Who You Are:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPIM, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 10 years in Procure-to-Pay processes, including procurement, supply chain management, and vendor management, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role. Proven experience in Procurement Transformation is preferred.
  • Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software platforms. Advanced knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
