Your Role:
As a Biotech Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. You will work closely with the Business Unit Head and the Biotech cross functional team to develop and implement marketing strategies that not only guarantee impact on company results but also align with our vision to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement marketing strategies that ensure effective execution and measurable impact on company results.
•Manage key accounts, overseeing promotional activities and business plans for distributors, private institutions, societies, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
•Conduct thorough market analysis and research related to the product portfolio to identify trends and opportunities.
•Build and maintain relationships with medical societies, decision-makers, distributors, and clients to support the product portfolio.
•Generate activity plans by brand to develop the portfolio and segment accounts for opportunity identification.
•Maintain updated mapping of accounts and stakeholders for each account/institution, actively evaluating inventory and establishing stock management plans.
•Develop new business opportunities to increase sales volume and ensure rapid product turnover.
•Proactively resolve challenges using your technical knowledge and experience, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives.
•Support the Business Unit Manager and sales team in implementing strategies and promoting cross-functional teamwork.
•Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and pharmacovigilance standards, including recognizing reportable adverse effects.
Interaction with Internal and External Areas:
•Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business Intelligence, Controlling, Order Processing, Market Access, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a seamless flow of commercial processes.
•Engage with external stakeholders, including key accounts, clinics, HCPs, and societies, to provide exceptional customer service that positions the company favorably among various stakeholders.
Who You Are:
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
Experience:
•3-4 years of managerial experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
•Strong leadership and talent management skills.
•Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
•Analytical and strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
•Negotiation skills and change management experience.
•Strong planning and execution capabilities.
•Product launch experience ideal.
•Omnichannel and digital experience ideal.
