Your Role:

1. Lead the Change: Be the driving force behind our global operational excellence transformation program, spearheading change across the APAC region.

2. Revolutionize Work: Transform our operations by introducing innovative Lean management methodologies, paving the way for a new era of efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Craft Solutions: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and design opportunities for process improvement, elevating service levels, quality, and customer satisfaction to new heights.

4. Hands-On Guidance: Take charge of implementation on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

5. Chart the Course: Lead the lean-based deployment transformation, meticulously planning and managing resources to follow our agreed roadmap, while also mentoring deployment leads.

Who You Are:

• Dynamic Leader: You hold a graduate degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in process management and continuous improvement. Your expertise in Lean Management, ideally across both manufacturing and administrative domains or from a consulting background, sets you apart.

• Certified Expert: With Lean & Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification under your belt, you're equipped to tackle complex challenges head-on.

• Global Perspective: Your international work experience gives you a unique perspective, enabling you to thrive in diverse environments.

• Executive Communicator: You're adept at delivering impactful presentations to top management, effectively conveying your ideas and strategies.

• Customer-Focused: Your keen sense of customer orientation, balanced with a strategic eye for the company's interests, ensures our initiatives are aligned with our goals.

• Analytical Powerhouse: Armed with strong analytical thinking, you're a master of project management and stakeholder engagement, capable of navigating complex landscapes with ease.
