Your Role:

  • Will have a direct interaction with stakeholders within the Controlling community.
  • Responsible for delivering regular reporting packages and implement relevant update to ensure the quality and reliability, may be involved in adhoc, analysis, and to transform data to information to align with customer requirement.
  • Will be engaged in various collaborations from simple to complex problem solving.
  • As a “Service Expert”, you are open to change and advocate of continuous improvement.
  • Will be reporting to a Team Leader for administrative and relevant projects and business requirements.

 

Who you are:

  • Graduate of Finance/Accounting, required certifications such as CPA, CIMA/CMA.
  • Experienced in finance operations in shared service setting or local, at least 10 years focusing on financial modelling, management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, stakeholder relations and risk management.
  • Experienced in evaluating and implementing financial systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Controlling experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry and in sharedservice.
  • Able to adapt in a complex and fast-paced environment, with high expectations forperformance in an atmosphere of continuous change.
  • Collaborative, assertive, and confident to communicate to all levels in the organization.(e.g presenting financial data to the Business stakeholders).
  • Proactive and solution oriented, able to identify potential issues, solution focused and able to collaborate, propose solutions and communicate to Stakeholders.
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift (3PM-12AM)
  • Fluent English language skills required and strong communication skills
  • Process Migration or Transformation experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization, facilitating the preparation of reports and conducting data checks.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and reporting platforms, such as TM1, MGF Tool, MC4F, Analysis for Office (AFO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Familiarity with data management tools and methodologies to handle large datasets, conduct data mapping, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Has a concrete process improvement contribution and initiative.
