Your Role:

 

  • Provide internal and management reporting for Healthcare finance activities for royalties, litigation lawyer fees, and amortization intangibles, as well as forecast, forecast landing, and strategic-development updates.
  • Support month-end closing and accounting activities, including royalty and litigation lawyer-fee processes for relevant legal entities.
  • Prepare, calculate, review, and submit royalty reports and related payment requests to external parties, including royalty expense calculations and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate forecasting and strategic-development calculations with FP&A, Franchise, Alliance Management, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide external reporting support, including information for royalty payment requests, external-audit inquiries, and related financial clarifications.
  • Act as a consultant on royalty provisions and contracts, ensuring that external partners receive appropriate information and that unreasonable requests are challenged.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CPA, CIMA, or CMA are an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance operations, FP&A, controlling, management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, or related areas.
  • Experience in a shared-service environment or a local finance organization, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience evaluating or implementing financial systems and technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, visualization, reporting preparation, and data checks.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and reporting platforms such as TM1, MGF Tool, MC4F, Analysis for Office (AFO), or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Familiarity with data-management tools and methodologies for handling large datasets, conducting data mapping, and maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Process migration or transformation experience is an advantage.
  • Able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high expectations for performance.
  • Collaborative, assertive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent English language skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Amenable to working a mid-shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
