Your Role:
Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
Provide financial insights and recommendations based on analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making processes.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
Prepare and consolidate financial statements according to IFRS to complete US/Canada government surveys.
Preferably has previous experience in completing US/Canada Government Surveys.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a similar senior role.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analyzing complex financial data.
In-depth exposure to and knowledge of financial statements.
Preferably has experience in consolidating financial reports.
Able to analyze new requirements for upcoming government surveys.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial metrics within a strategic context.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
