Your Role:

• Collaborate with global finance stakeholders to understand expectations in:
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Finance transformation
• Other finance-related topics
• Create and maintain financial reports.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting based on business requirements.
• Connect and coordinate with stakeholders across various locations:
• Translate requirements into financial reports.
• Analyze financial KPIs and interpret them.
• Write finance and business commentary with actionable insights.
• Prepare leadership and management review decks.
• Partner with various finance teams to drive the finance transformation journey:
• Process re-engineering
• Process simplification and standardization
• Automation
• Analytics and solutions
• Financial modeling
• Deliver project deliverables as per project requirements and timelines agreed with the project manager:
• Study current processes, systems, and tools.
• Collaborate with operations and delivery to gather inputs through workshops with finance teams, stakeholders, project steering committee, sponsors, and functional leaders.
• Brainstorm and challenge existing processes and ways of working.
• Identify challenges and bottlenecks; develop IT and non-IT solutions to address issues.
• Contribute to end-to-end process streamlining and define new processes and ways of working.
• Deploy new processes seamlessly with the support of operations:
• Conduct training and enablement sessions.
• Manage system/tool access and define roles and responsibilities.
• Manage and report project KPIs.
• Handle and maintain finance tools:
• Troubleshoot with tech support.
• Perform validations and checks.
• Translate project goals into process goals upon project handover.
• Translate business targets and understand finance targets:
• Support budgeting and forecasting models with simulation exercises.

Who You Are:

Academic Qualification:

• Graduate or postgraduate in finance.
• Professional qualification in finance preferred.

Skillset Required:

Technical:

• Knowledge and exposure in SAP ERP.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., BI tools, Hyperion, AFO).
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity to learn and acquire business acumen.

• Skilled in conflict resolution.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in financial planning and analysis in a multinational company.
• Experience handling senior stakeholders in a matrix organizational structure.
• At least 1 year of people management experience (end-to-end) with team reporting officially.
