Job Summary:

As we expand our shared services team by 2026, we invite experienced Finance Professionals interested in the company to connect with us. We are seeking dedicated Finance Professionals at various levels, including entry-level, team leads, and managers. Our Finance Professionals are responsible for managing financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to the organization's financial strategy.

If you excel in areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, AABP, and P2P, and possess the following skills, we encourage you to reach out to learn more about how the organization supports our international business.

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Rank-and-File Positions:

• Assist with daily financial operations, including accounts payable and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closings.

Team Lead Positions:

• Supervise a finance team, providing guidance for efficient operations.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Manager Positions:

• Oversee financial strategy and operations, aligning with organizational goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous.
• Leadership experience preferred for team lead and manager roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Amenable to work on either dayshift, early mid shift, mid shift, or night shift schedule and hybrid work setup in BGC, Taguig
