Your role:

• Perform Fixed Assets, Projects Accounting and Capital Expenditure / Order Accounting for diverse and complex business operations.
• Responsible for the recording of all fixed asset related financial activity in the Financial Services Statements and the ERP Fixed Asset sub ledger system.
• Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Fixed Assets accounting data as well as provide support to business partners.
• Conduct reconciliations and provide reporting and analysis services to internal customers as assigned.
• Handle and performs monthly end close (MEC activities) to ensure Fixed Assets subledgers are closed within the required deadline.
• Provide support to relevant internal and external audit activities.
• Responsible for accounting and reporting all activity in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, internal controls and company policies and procedures.
• Open position is for Day Shift.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is required 
• 1-3 years work experience in accounting/finance with direct related experience with full-cycle Fixed Assets
• Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or any other legacy | ERP system preferred
• Fluent English language | communication skills required
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and Excel skills required
• Must be amendable to work on a morning, mid or night Shift.
