As part of the overall Company strategy to drive quality-based, cost-efficient, and timely service delivery this role will be part of the GES Employee Services organization based in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tactical and operational HR support for specific country stakeholders. This role will report to the Payroll Team Lead of APAC 2, UK-IE and MEA overseeing Tier 2 HR functions such as case management and customer inquiry handling, data management, personnel administration, organization management, reporting and vendor management.
Your Role:
- Perform daily HR Services operations particularly payroll & benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports for payroll processing including expat payroll.
- Prepares a summary of data for submission to benefits/payroll provider.
- Administration of employee benefits enrollment including expat.
- Administration of vendor payment.
- Takes ownership of end-to-end process.
- Manage the ticketing tool to ensure that all cases are handled in a timely manner.
- Communicates with third party service providers.
- Manage workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Timely respond to process-related inquiries.
- Understanding of confidentiality required to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work.
- Identify any knowledge gaps and escalate concerns to the Team Leader.
- Support the documentation and standardization of processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence, consistency, and alignment of practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, recommend innovative solutions, and assist in implementing process enhancements.
- Seek opportunities for continual improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in other HR functions as needed.
Who You Are:
- Preferably 1 to 3 Years minimum professional experience specializing in an HR Operations or HR Generalist function from a Shared Services or BPO organization.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Perform timely, accurately and effectively to deliver with a constant and demanding workload.
- Create a good level of HR knowledge (Company policy and procedures, knowledge base articles, etc.) as required for the role.
- Able to decide effectively in managing and resolving requests/issues raised by employees, managers and local HR in a quick and effective way and when to escalate to Team Leader.
