I2P Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GRIR Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP and Oracle ERPs. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the end-to-end accounts payable and procurement processes. This role requires a high level of integrity, honesty, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Reconcile GRIR accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with procurement and accounts payable teams to ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
• Analyze and report on GRIR balances, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to GRIR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within the accounts payable and procurement functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on GRIR accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERPs.
• Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end accounts payable and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
