Your Role:
- Be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the adequacy & effectiveness of internal controls established to mitigate identified risks in our financial reporting and provide proactive consultation in identifying risk exposures and recommending solutions for weaknesses and regulatory compliance issues
- Execute internal control examinations, review evidence, document testing results in a comprehensive and organized manner, develop recommendations to correct deficiencies and provide ideas for process improvements
- Gain a deep understanding of the business practices including applicable systems, tools and procedures and become adept at identifying gaps and deficiencies
- Contribute to sustain the reliable and transparent financial reporting of the company
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in Accounting / Finance / Economics or Audit
- At least 3 years of experience in audit/control testing
- Certified Public Accountant/Certified internal Auditor is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, experience with SAP ERP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, cross-functional and customer orientation mindset, ability to build rapport with employees and managers on all levels
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills and ability to achieve mission oriented and valued-based result
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills; ability to complete multiple concurrent tasks within close deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and detail
- Preferably with experience in project & change management
- Familiarity with industry standard/frameworks such as ISO, SOX, COSO is a plus
- Fluent in business English or English native speaker
- Amenable to work in any shift schedule and amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
