Your Role:

Intercompany Accountant (Site2Service Process)

This role is focused on overseeing and managing service costs across various company legal entities and third parties, ensuring that the end-to-end process automation is running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining master data, while closely collaborating with IT and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and cost allocations. The position will also require active participation in SAP Roll-in projects, including testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.

• Monitor and steer the automatic charging of Site service costs between/within the company legal entities and to third parties (e.g., monitoring of Excel template uploads, creation of SAP SD Sales Orders, cost allocations, billing, incoming invoice posting at receiver SAP systems).
• Perform daily checks and month-end closing activities for service charging.
• Manage S2S master data to ensure the automation.
• Investigate process problems and work closely with the IT and Finance support organization.
• Conduct and manage authorizations for end-users in the respective SAP systems and Fiori App for the service charging process.
• Support the testing of Change Requests and Incidents to improve and stabilize the automated process.
• Support the testing of SAP Roll-in projects for service charging at the site (User acceptance test, Go-Live, Hypercare).
• Prepare data analysis for internal steering, audits, and period-end closing activities.
